Context: Run inside an active Hyprland session with jq available.

Expected: Connector, geometry, refresh rate, transform, and current focus, or a socket/tool error.

Interpretation: Compare successful runtime geometry with the configured layout. A mismatch can mean a disconnected output, changed connector, or unapplied configuration.

focused identifies the current focus, not a permanent primary display.

Before changing a monitor line, save that line, account for transform-dependent effective dimensions, and change only one output. Verify placement, refresh rate, cursor movement, and workspace routing; restore the saved line if any of them regress.
